Role: Digital Assistant (Free lance/self-employed)
Rate: £15 per hour
Time commitment: 15-20 hours per week
Location: Kent and London (mostly remote working)

The digital assistant will be working alongside me to focus and grow the offering across all my digital platforms. The position demands creative flair and exceptional levels of detail, current knowledge of trends and a passion for food.

You’ll be responsible for
- Research into the trends for potential content that would resonate with the target audience across Chetna’s social media channels.
- Maintaining the website with fresh content
- Writing weekly news and blog articles
- Managing the website and checking performance through Google Analytics
- Creating and writing a monthly newsletter
- Updating and maintaining recipes on chetnamakan.co.uk
- Upload content to Youtube, ensuring channels adhere to YouTube best practices. Write and edit metadata and copy for videos and channels
You should apply for this role if
• You have prior experience in hospitality digital marketing, with a passion for social channels,
• You have excellent knowledge of social media platforms,
• You are a passionate and highly ambitious self-starter, with a passion to grow in the food industry
• You have excellent eye for detail to deliver the highest standards
• You have excellent time management and organisation skills
• You have strong communication skills, verbally and written, not afraid to use your voice to give your opinion and suggest change where needed
• You have strong copywriting and editing skills suited to each platform
