Not just vegetarian, this is high protein, quick to make and tastes amazing. Enjoy this with chapati, pulao or with some dal and rice. You can use any sides with this or just eat it with a slice of toast for the ease.
Bhurji means scrambled in Hindi and this is the best scrambled paneer dish you will try. Also try your hand at making your own paneer at home, here is the recipe -
