It’s the time of the year when everyone enjoys a treat. Or two. Or many. It’s great to be baking for friends and family and it’s even better if what you’re baking is a cake for everyone to enjoy together.

I have shared the recipe for this super delicious and moist hazelnut and chocolate bundt cake with Standard Issue.

Bundt Cake

You can top it with rose petals or some roasted chopped hazelnuts to give it a truly festive feel.

This is a brilliant cake for your table centrepiece, and because it can be made ahead of time there’s no need to be fighting for oven space on the big day. It also keeps really well so if there’s any left you can enjoy it later.

You can find the recipe here. I hope you will try and enjoy this delicious and simple recipe.

  1. I made this yesterday! I think I baked mine a little too long – the exposed crust got dry – but we loved the hazelnut flavor, not that common in the US. Thank you!
