CHEESY CHIPS SANDWICH
Such a quick and delicious meal that is pure comfort! Some carb in carb with cheese for extra measure this sandwich is a winner. Adding a few extra elements adds tons of flavour to this already amazing sandwich. Makes 1.

Ingredients
- Handful of frozen chips
- Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1 tsp chilli garlic chutney
- 2 tbsp Mayo
- 1 tsp Chilli oil
- Handful of fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 slices of sourdough
Method
Mix the mayo with chilli garlic chutney and fresh dil.
Fry the frozen chips as per the packet instructions or make your own if you fancy doing all that work.
Crisp up the sourdough slices in a hot pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
Put one slice of sourdough, followed by the mayo, then put the chips on top. Next put the slices of cheese on top. Transfer this to a baking tray and place it under a hot grill for a few minutes until the cheese is golden and melty. Drizzle some chilli oil on top and place the second slice of sourdough and enjoy!
