So finally Series 6 of The Great British Bake Off went on air last week. It has been really busy since the trailers and hype around the new season started. I was reminded of how popular the series is once again. I watched the first episode with great interest and lots of nostalgia.
It was cake week and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the episode. It was a typical fun GBBO episode full of intrigue and drama. I am loving Sandy’s sense of humour. Dorret had a rocky time but its was Stu who sadly became the first contestant to leave the tent. The episode was watched by 9.3 million viewers!
