Wild Garlic Pakora

These are the ultimate comfort food and a wonderful snack to make whilst wild garlic is in season! However, you can use green onions or spring onions instead.
I like to serve mine with some masala chai.

Ingredients
oil of your choice
1 large handful wild garlic leaves, roughly chopped
3 brown onions, roughly chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
½ tsp carom seeds
1 cup gram flour

Method
– Add the chopped garlic and brown onion to a large bowl.

– Add the salt, chilli powder, garam masala carom seeds, gram flour, and 2-4 tbsp water, and mix well with your hands.

– Heat 2 cups of oil in a deep pan. Take a small handful of pakora mixture and place it in the oil. Repeat the process for the rest of the mixture. Cook for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.

– Transfer the pakoras to some kitchen roll to remove any excess oil.

Time to enjoy!
