These are Jane’s Patisserie’s delicious ‘super easy’ triple chocolate cookies. Enjoy them warm with some ice cream or a cup of milk.
Ingredients
125g unsalted butter, softened
100g light brown sugar
100g white granulated sugar
1 medium egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
25g cocoa powder
225g plain flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
½ tsp baking powder
100g white chocolate chips
100g milk chocolate chips
100g dark chocolate chips
Method
– Preheat the oven to 190°C / 170°C with a fan.
– Combine the butter and sugar in the a freestanding electric mixer.
– Add the egg and vanilla extract.
– Continue to mix as you add the cocoa powder, plain flour, and all the chocolate.
– Line your baking trays with baking paper.
– You can use a 5cm ice cream scoop to spoon your cookie dough into even portions and place on your baking trays. Only add 6 scoops to each tray and make sure there is some space between them.
– Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes before you tuck in!
