Great book — I made your recipe for cardamom and pistachio and white chocolate layer cake. Worried about the white chocolate but it was really delicious and had a great texture. Disappeared in about a day.
Question: you have a recipe for a cake made in filo dough with a filling of sweetened yellow split lentils. I cant find any evidence that yellow split lentils actually exist. Could you possibly mean yellow split peas?
