These sticky chicken wings make for a fantastic midweek meal or a delightful addition to a full weekend feast. Once marinated, they’re a quick bake in the oven or a barbecue – in my case, I used a Green Egg! Enjoy the savory goodness without spending too much time in the kitchen.
Ingredients
12 chicken thighs, skinless and boneless
For the Marinade
4 tbsp honey
6 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp chilli sauce
4 tbsp dark soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp brown sugar
Method
– Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C with a fan.
– Make 2 cuts in each chicken thigh.
– Mix all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Add the chicken thighs and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it rest in the fridge for an hour.
– Roast the chicken for 40-45 minutes until golden and cooked.
– Place the cooked chicken on a plate and drizzle the sauce from the roasting tin and sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.

HI. I am making this tonight. I had some asian Chile sauce in the fridge that I used. What kind of Chile sauce do you use in the recipe? Can’t wait to taste it!
