Pistachio and White Chocolate Cake

I was recently commissioned by JamieOliver.com for a celebratory cake. I love simple cakes that are easy to make, with the addition of one or two flavours to make the cake exquisite. I wanted a white, snow-topped cake, but find white chocolate very sweet on its own so I combined it with pistachios to balance it out.
