Onion Bhaji Sandwich

The Onion Bhaji Sandwich, a beloved street food in Mumbai, combines crispy, spiced onion bhajis sandwiched between slices of bread, enhanced with tangy chutney. You have to try it!
This recipe makes 1 sandwich.

Ingredients
onion bhajis/pakora
soft bread roll
butter
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
2 garlic cloves, grated
pinch of salt
pinch of chilli flakes
pinch of ground cumin
1 tsp tahini
pinch of chaat powder
coriander mint chutney

Method
– Cook your onion bhajis.

– Slice your bread roll in half and butter all sides. Toast in a frying pan until lightly golden on all sides.

– Mix the yoghurt, garlic, salt, chilli flakes, cumin, and tahini in a small bowl.

– Spread a generous layer of the yoghurt mixture inside the roll.

– Add a couple of onion bhajis and sprinkle over a pinch of chaat powder.

– Drizzle over some chutney and close the roll. Enjoy!
