This is the best and most simple way to make garam masala at home. Passed down to me from my Mum, I guarantee it’s delicious and will pair perfectly with all your curries.
Ingredients
10g whole cumin seeds
10g black peppercorns
10g black cardamom pods
6 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 piece maze
¼ nutmeg
Method
– Place all of the spices in a coffee grinder, spice mixer, or whatever you have at home.
– Blitz to a coarse powder.
– Transfer to an airtight jar and use with your next curry!
