My go-to is a super easy, incredibly delicious mango chutney, perfect for pairing with starters or mains. Bonus: it stores exceptionally well in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. Ingredients
20g fresh mint leaves
40g fresh coriander leaves
2 green chillies
2 small green mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped
juice of ½ lime
1 tsp sugar
Method
– Place all the ingredients in the a blender with a splash of water. Blitz into a paste. Add more water if you need.
Transfer to a serving bowl – It’s as easy as that! I like to have mine with some fresh pakora or crisps!
