Garlic and Coconut Chutney

This is a lovely and spicy Garlic and Coconut Chutney. It is perfect for burgers, sandwiches and wraps, or even with rice and a curry.

50g garlic cloves
50g desiccated coconut
1 tbsp vegetable or sunflower oil
½ tsp salt
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chilli powder

– Place the garlic and a splash of water in a blender and blitz.

– Add the coconut with another splash of water and blitz.

– Transfer to a serving bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
