This is one of my favourite cakes as it has 3 of my favourite flavours together. It is a lovely and light cake and great for a treat.

I’m not used to making cakes with no icing on the outside. How long would this cake be good and not dry out at the edges? This would be a nice Valentine’s day cake but their is only to of us. Thank you.
