Simple yet effectively delicious meal, whether you enjoy it for lunch or dinner, this will be something that will please everyone!
Serves 4 people.
Ingredients
2 leeks, roughly chopped
500g chestnut mushrooms, roughly chopped
salted butter
olive oil
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic granules
¼ tsp salt
1 tbsp chilli oil (optional)
250g cheddar cheese, grated
½ mozzarella ball
4 tortillas
Method
– Add 1 tbsp of salted butter and 1 tsp olive oil to a hot pan. Add the leeks and cook for 5 minutes.
– Add the mushrooms and cook on high heat for 10 minutes. Make sure to stir continuously.
– Add the white pepper, black pepper, garlic granules, salt, and chilli oil. Mix well and then turn off the heat.
– Add the cheese and mix well.
– Distribute the mixture equally onto each tortilla. Fold the tortillas in half and butter one side.
– Add one wrap, butter side down, to a hot pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Butter the other side, flip it over, and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Repeat this with the rest of the wraps.
