In this short video I am making one of my favourite savoury snack, kachori, with Hari Ghotra. This has a delicious onion filling and is best served with a sweet and sour tamarind chutney.

    Thank you so much for braving the Great British Baking Show. I thoroughly enjoyed see you on the show.
    I must confess though, I cannot cook even a small bit. However, watching you cook gave me some inspiration. I’m not sure that I’ll follow through, but I did want to say thank you. I can only imagine how much time and effort went into all of your marvelous creations!
