A delicious sandwich, perfect for lunch, dinner or a snack! The three cheeses bring different textures and flavours, making a perfect combination.

Ingredients
100g paneer, gated
100g cheddar, grated
100g mozzarella, grated
1 small onion, chopped
salt
ground pepper
chilli powder
fresh coriander
four pieces of sliced white bread
Method
– Add all of the cheeses to a bowl and add a small amount of chopped onion and a pinch of salt, pepper and chilli powder to taste, with a little bit of fresh coriander if you have it. Mix everything together well.
– Add the cheese and onion mix on to one slice of bread, place another on top and butter the top. Repeat for the second sandwich.
– We’re cooking these in a sandwich toaster, so place each sandwich, butter side down, and then butter the top.
– Cook in the sandwich toaster until lovely and golden. Remove from the sandwich toaster, and leave to cool for a few minutes before eating.
